AMEND House Bill No. 59 on line 23 by deleting " suspected of or " as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 59 on line 24 by deleting " suspected of or " as it appears therein.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment removes adults "suspected of" crimes from the prohibition on publication or distribution of photos and names.
