HOUSE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 396

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 to House Bill No. 396 by deleting lines 38 through 39 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ (b) The Division of Public Health must provide written notice of the requirements of this chapter to the applicable retail food establishments. ”. 

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment requires The Division of Public Health to provide written notice to all retail establishments about the requirements of this Act.
