AMEND House Bill No. 27 on line 66 by deleting “ (a) ” before “ This ” as it appears therein.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 27 by deleting lines 68 through 70 in their entirety.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment removes a subsection stating that the Division of Public Health and the Department of Agriculture may inspect items donated upon request. The provision is not needed.
