HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2

AMEND House Concurrent Resolution No. 2 by deleting line 19 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(4) the Chair of the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority (DMHRA) or an appointed public member; and”.

FURTHER AMEND House Concurrent Resolution No. 2 by deleting the period “.” at the end of line 33 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“, including § 7042 through § 7046, with rent justification being a priority item.”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies the membership and priorities of the Task Force.
