HOUSE BILL NO. 47

AMEND House Bill No. 47 on line 3 by deleting "affidavits " after the semicolon and before "for" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " statements ".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 47 on line 4 by deleting "Affidavits " after ")" and before "filed" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " Statements ".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 47 on line 25 by deleting "affidavit " after "the" and before "shall" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " statement ".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 47 on line 27 by deleting "affidavit " after "the" and before "may" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " statement ".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 47 on line 31 by deleting "affidavit " before "as" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " statement ".

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment changes the word “affidavit” to “statement” since the bill is removing the notary requirement..
