HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
HOUSE BILL NO. 82
AMEND House Bill No. 82 at lines 61 and 177 by deleting “ nor pending criminal charge ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “nor pending criminal charge”.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 82 at lines 63, 179, and 272 by deleting “ or pending criminal charge ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “or pending criminal charge”.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 82 at lines 65, 180, 181, 275, and 276 by deleting “ or charge ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “or charge”.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 82 at line 274 by deleting “ or pending criminal charges ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “or pending criminal charges”.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment restores the Board’s ability to consider pending criminal charges as a basis to deny licensure.
