SENATE BILL NO. 21
AMEND Senate Bill No. 21 on line 6 by deleting " seed " and inserting in lieu thereof " seed under this chapter ".
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment clarifies that this Act only applies Chapter 15 of Title 3 of the Delaware Code and does not repeal provisions relating to seed in other parts of the Delaware Code, such as marijuana seed under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and the Delaware Medical Marijuana Act.
