HOUSE BILL NO. 84
AMEND House Bill No. 84 by inserting a new Section after line 7 to read as follows:
“Section 2. This Act shall take effect 30 days following its enactment into law.”
SYNOPSIS
This amendment provides that the Act shall take effect 30 days after its enactment into law to allow for the necessary administrative adjustments required to implement the Act.
