SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 41

AMEND House Bill No. 41 by inserting a new Section after line 5 as follows:

“Section 2. The provisions of this Act shall take effect January 1, 2018.”

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment places an effective date on the legislation of January 1, 2018.
