HOUSE BILL NO. 93
AMEND House Bill 93 on line 40 by deleting “ this chapter and the promulgated rules and regulations. ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ this chapter and the promulgated rules and regulations. The Professional Licensing Section shall give any security alarm business 48 hours to comply and schedule such an inspection. ”.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment provides specific timeframe language regarding inspections should one be requested by the Professional Licensing Section.
