HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 91

AMEND House Bill 91 by deleting lines 85 and 86 and replacing them with the following:

“ c. A member designated by the Secretary of Health and Social Services.

d. A representative with knowledge of state and federal patient privacy laws and regulations designated by the Delaware Department of Justice. ”

SYNOPSIS

This amendment ensures that expertise on the PMP Advisory Committee regarding patient privacy laws and regulations is provided by the Department of Justice.
