SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 7

RELATING TO AN AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF THE DELAWARE STATE SENATE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 150 ^th General assembly of the State of Delaware that Senate Resolution No. 2 relating to the rules of the Delaware State Senate be amended by deleting line 206 in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof “(6) Environmental and Natural Resources.”.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Senate Resolution No. 2 relating to the rules of the Delaware State Senate be amended by inserting after line 217 and before line 218 “(18) Energy.”.

SYNOPSIS

This resolution changes the name of the Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Committee amd adds the Energy Committee to the list of standing committees contained in Senate Rule 19 of Senate Resolution No. 2
