HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

HOUSE BILL NO. 28

AMEND House Bill No. 28 on line 24 by deleting " (i) " after " 30120 " and before the period therein and inserting in lieu thereof " (i) (j) ".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 28 on line 29 by deleting " active restraint systems as defined in 49 CFR 571.208 " after " with " and before the period therein and inserting in lieu thereof " active restraint systems as defined in 49 CFR 571.208 a seat belt assembly as defined in 49 CFR 571.209 ".

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes two technical corrections to references in federal law.
