HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 46

AMEND House Bill No. 46 on line 39 by deleting "$3.00" after "a" and before "monthly" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " $3.00 ".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 46 on line 40 by inserting " and the initial amount of the assessment is $3.00 " after "community" and before the period therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 46 on line 127 by deleting "$3.00" after "a" and before "monthly" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " $3.00 ".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 46 on line 128 by inserting " and the initial amount of the assessment is $3.00 " after "community" and before the therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment clarifies that $3.00 was the initial amount of the monthly assessment for the Delaware Manufactured Housing Trust Fund because the next sentence of the current law gives the Board of the Delaware Manufactured Housing Relocation Trust Authority the ability to adjust the amount of this assessment.
