TO
HOUSE BILL NO. 69
AMEND House Bill No. 69 on line 6 by inserting “ representative from a ” between “ A ” and “public” therein.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 69 by deleting line 14 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“ Delaware Association of the Deaf. ”.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment provides for a representative from the Delaware Association of the Deaf instead of from the State Council for Persons with Disabilities and makes a technical correction.
