HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 92

AMEND House Bill No. 92 on line 17 by deleting “ 13 ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ 15 ”.

FUTHER AMEND House Bill No. 92 on line 32 by deleting: “ (9) Three members of the public, who shall be appointed by the Governor ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ (9) Four members of the public, who shall be appointed by the Governor. ”

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 92 by inserting after line 32 and before line 33 the following:

“ (10) A representative from a charter school, appointed by the Delaware Charter Schools Network. ”

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds an additional public member and a representative from a charter school, appointed by the Delaware Charter Schools Network, to the Expanded Learning Opportunities Council.
