SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 3

TO

SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 48

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 by deleting line 22 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ 2. The contractor employs 10 or more employees who perform work on a specific craft for which there is an approved craft training program under paragraph (c)(13) of this section. ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 by deleting line 29 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ 2. The subcontractor employs 10 or more employees who perform work on a specific craft for which there is an approved craft training program under paragraph (c)(13) of this section. ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 by deleting line 42 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ B. The contractor employs 10 or more employees who perform work on a specific craft for which there is an approved craft training program under paragraph (c)(13) of this section. ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 by deleting line 48 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ B. The subcontractor employs 10 or more employees who perform work on a specific craft for which there is an approved craft training program under paragraph (c)(13) of this section. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment limits the craft training requirement to contractors who have 10 or more employees doing work on crafts that have approved craft training programs.
