AMEND House Bill No. 84 on line 23 by deleting " Title 11, that is under 55 pounds. " after " of " and before the period therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ Title 11. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment exempts unmanned aircraft systems, regardless of weight, from the state aircraft fee created by the Act.
