AMEND House Bill No. 86 on line 19 by deleting " Agricultural aerial " after " (3) " and before " application " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " Aerial ".

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment expands the exemption from the aviation jet fuel tax to any aerial application.
