HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 39

AMEND House Bill No. 39 by deleting lines 7 through 10 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ photo identification that is not prohibited from being used for identification purposes. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment removes non-photo, non-government issues papers that are easily changed from being used for voter registration purposes.
