HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 2

FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 50

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 2 for Senate Bill No. 50 by deleting lines 24 and 25 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 2 for Senate Bill No 50 by deleting the phrase “ tuition and fees ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ tuition, fees, including a $10 per credit fee, not to exceed $150 per semester per student, ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment adds a student fee of $10 per credit, not to exceed $150 per student each semester to contribute to the Infrastructure Fund.
