HOUSE BILL NO. 112

AMEND House Bill No. 112 in the enactment clause by deleting “Three-fifths” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “Three-fourths”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds a Three-Fourths supermajority vote requirement as opposed to Three-Fifths.
