HOUSE BILL NO. 112
AMEND House Bill No. 112 by deleting lines 27-28 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“ deposited by the Division of Motor Vehicles with the State Treasurer, and said funds shall be used to support Bike Delaware, Inc.’s mission to promote safe non-motorized transportation for Delaware residents. ”
SYNOPSIS
This amendment requires the State Treasurer to use funds generated, above administrative costs, to be used to support Bike Delaware, Inc.’s mission to promote safe non-motorized transportation for Delaware residents.
