SENATE BILL NO. 61
AMEND House Bill No. 61 on line 38 by inserting “ members present at a meeting with a ” after the word “ the ” and before the word “ quorum ” as it appears therein.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment makes clear that in order for the Transportation Infrastructure Investment Fund Council to approve a motion, a majority of the members present at a meeting with a quorum must vote in favor.
