SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 5

TO

SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 48

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 as amended by inserting the following after line 24 and before line 25 and redesignating accordingly:

" 4. There is a craft training program available in the county where the project is located. ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 as amended by inserting the following after line 31 and before line 32 and redesignating accordingly:

" 4. There is a craft training program available in the county where the project is located. ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 as amended by inserting the following after line 44 and before line 45 and redesignating accordingly:

" D. There is a craft training program available in the county where the project is located. ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 48 as amended by inserting the following after line 50 and before line 51 and redesignating accordingly:

" D. There is a craft training program available in the county where the project is located. ".

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds a requirement of applicability that there be a craft training program available in the county where the project is located.
