AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. Amend Section 2803, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underline, deletions as shown by strike through and redesignating as follows:

§ 2803 Fees.

The Department may assess fees for participation in the Delaware Hemp program under this chapter in the amounts set by regulations promulgated pursuant to the section 101 of this title. All such fees assessed by the Department shall be nonrefundable.

SYNOPSIS

This Act allows the Department of Agriculture to establish fees that may be charged for participation in the Delaware Hemp program.
