HOUSE BILL NO. 129
AMEND House Bill No. 129 by deleting Line 10 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“ an election by an amount that does not exceed the lower of either of the following: ”
SYNOPSIS
This amendment modifies the permissible tax increase the school board may impose to the lower of either a rate equal to the percentage change in the CPI-W or a rate of 2% annually.
