SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 137

AMEND Senate Bill No. 137 on line 3 by deleting " A " after " class " and before " misdemeanor " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " B ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 137 on line 14 by deleting " A " after " class " and before " misdemeanor " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " B ".

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment lowers the penalty for possessing a drug masking product from a class A misdemeanor to a class B misdemeanor.
