HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 134

AMEND House Bill No. 134 on lines 12 through 14 by deleting “ (e) Each member shall be compensated $100 for each meeting attended, including regular and special meetings as outlined in § 1048 of this subchapter, by the Department of Education. This compensation may not exceed more than $100 per month per member. ” as it appears therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment removes the requirement that Board members be compensated for meetings.
