AMEND Senate Bill No. 167 between lines 43 and 44 by inserting the following:

" (9) The Executive Director of the Delaware Food Industry Council. ".

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds the Executive Director of the Delaware Food Industry Council to the stakeholder panel.
