HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 147

AMEND Senate Bill No. 147 between lines 35 and 36 by inserting the following:

“ (4) For purposes of this subsection, “de-identified data” means information not directly linked to a specific person. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment clarifies that "de-identified data" means information that cannot be directly linked to a specific person.
