AMEND House Bill No. 212 on line 31 by deleting " 130 " after " than " and before " feet " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " 130 150 ".

SYNOPSIS

This amendment establishes a height restriction, or vertical limit, for an industrial landfill at 150 feet.
