HOUSE BILL NO. 231
AMEND House Bill No. 231 on line 15 by inserting “ when such order is filed ” after “judgment” and before “in” therein.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment clarifies that the administrative order must be filed in the Office of the Prothonotary or appropriate court before such order can be collected upon as a judgment. Judgments filed in the Office of the Prothonotary creates a lien upon the property of the judgment debtor.
