HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO
HOUSE BILL NO. 222
AMEND House Bill No. 222 by inserting between lines 42 and 43 the following and redesignating accordingly:
“ (4)a. The Consortium’s plan must be reviewed and approved by each school district that will receive additional students under the plan before action by the State Board of Education. ”.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment requires the Consortium's plan to be reviewed and approved by the school district that will receive additional students under the plan before the State Board of Education may take action.
