HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 235

AMEND House Bill No. 235 by adding to the end of the enactment clause after the word “DELAWARE” and before the colon “:” the following: “(Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein)”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 235 on line 15 by deleting “January” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “July”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes the enactment date from January 1, 2020 to July 1, 2020. Additionally, it adds the 2/3rds vote requirement.
