AMEND House Bill No. 41 on line 64 by deleting "January 1, 2020" after "on" and before the period therein and inserting in lieu thereof "January 1, 2024".
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment changes the effective date of House Bill No. 41 to January 1, 2024.
