SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 200

AMEND Senate Bill No. 200 on line 1 by deleting "13014" after "§" and before the comma therein and inserting in lieu thereof "10314".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 200 on line 17 by deleting "Delaware Health Care Claims Database" after "the" and before "to" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " Delaware Health Care Claims Database DHIN ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 200 on line 20 by inserting " , or on behalf of, " after " by " and before " these " therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Act makes technical corrections, including to comply with the original intent of the law, Chapter 329, Volume 80 of the Laws of Delaware.
