AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No 257 on line 34 by making insertions as shown by underline and deletions as shown by strikethrough as follows and renumbering accordingly:

(6) The Commission may award Health Care Provider Loan Repayment grants on a prorated annual basis based upon part-time hours worked versus full time work. “Full time” means 2080 hours for the purposes of this subsection.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that the Delaware Healthcare Commission may award Health Care Provider Repayment grants on a prorated annual basis.
