HOUSE BILL NO. 294

AMEND House Bill No. 294 on line 16 by deleting “ For purpose of subsection (a) of this section, 11 Del.Code

§ 5303 is notwithstanding. Violations ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ Notwithstanding § 5303 of Title 11, a violation ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes a technical correction to the bill.
