HOUSE BILL NO. 350
AMEND House Bill No. 350 on line 15 by deleting “ only justifiable when the ” after “ is ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ never justifiable. ”.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 350 by deleting lines 16 and 17 in their entirety.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment removes the exception that makes the use of a chokehold justifiable when the person believes the use of deadly force is necessary to protect the life of an individual.
