151st GENERAL ASSEMBLY

SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5

DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE TO NOTIFY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE GOVERNOR THAT THE SENATE IS ORGANIZED.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 151 ^st General Assembly of the State of Delaware that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to do the following:

(1) Notify the members of the House of Representatives of the 151 ^st General Assembly of the State of Delaware that the Senate of the 151 ^st General Assembly is organized and ready to receive business.

(2) Notify the Governor of the State of Delaware that the Senate of the 151 ^st General Assembly is organized and ready to receive any communications that the Governor may desire to present.

SYNOPSIS

This Resolution directs the Secretary of the Senate to notify the House of Representatives and the Governor that the Senate of the 151st General Assembly is organized.
