HOUSE BILL NO. 4

AMEND House Bill No. 4 by inserting in the enactment clause after "DELAWARE" and before the colon the following: "(Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein)".

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that House Bill No. 4 has a 3/5 voting requirement due to the imposition of additional monetary penalties.
