HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 126

AMEND House Bill No. 162 on line 11 by deleting the phrase “ 30% ” and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “ 40% ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 162 on line 17 by deleting the phrase “30%” and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “ 30% 40% ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes the income definition from 30% to 40% which is the figure the Delaware State Housing Authority uses.
