HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 5

AMEND House Bill No. 5 by deleting lines 67 through 72 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ (1) The homeowner’s designee.

(2) The homeowner’s attorney.

(3) The homeowners’ association’s attorney.

(4) A representative from The Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association (DMHOA) or its successor.

(5) Elected Delaware officials, including officials holding a federal office.

(6) A representative from the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority Board. "

SYNOPSIS

This amendment adds a representative from the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority Board to the list of individuals who may attend a final meeting and makes technical changes.
