SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 7

AMEND Senate Bill No. 7 by inserting the following after line 80:

“ (f) In any case where a court sets bail for an offense listed in paragraph (c) of this section, the court shall require the defendant to forfeit any firearms in their possession. ”

SYNOPSIS

This amendment requires the court, when setting bail for signal offenses listed in paragraph (c), to require the defendant to forfeit any firearms in their possession.
