HOUSE BILL NO. 150
AMEND House Bill No. 150 by striking lines 808 through 810 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“ The Commissioner may investigate opportunities for financial assistance that could be offered to social equity applicants. ”
SYNOPSIS
This amendment removes the establishment of the Social Equity Fund, and instead gives the Commissioner the authority to investigate opportunities for financial assistances that can be offered to social equity applicants.
