SENATE BILL NO. 15
AMEND Senate Bill No. 15 by deleting line 9 in its entirety.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment holds the minimum wage at $13.25 after January 1, 2024. This amount would be in excess of the highest historic purchasing power achieved in 1968 when the minimum wage was $1.60 per hour. Allowing for inflation, it would equate to approximately $12.35 today.
