HOUSE BILL NO. 212
AMEND House Bill No. 212 by deleting line 121 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“Section 2. § 6099A(a)(4)a. becomes effective July 1, 2022.”.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment moves the date § 6099A(a)(4)a. becomes effective from January 1, 2022 to July 1, 2022. This change makes the implementation of the restrictions on plastic bag use effective on the same date for both large and small stores.
