TO
HOUSE BILL NO. 290
AMEND House Bill No. 290 by striking lines 20 and 21 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“ b. Be limited per customer to one 750 ML bottle of wine, 6 servings of beer, and mixed cocktails which are made in the restaurant, brewpub, tavern, taproom or other entity with a valid on-premise license. ”
SYNOPSIS
This amendment limits the kind and amount of alcoholic beverages that may be sold in transactions for take-out, curbside, or drive through service to one 750 ML bottle of wine, 6 servings of beer, and mixed cocktails that are made in the restaurant, brewpub, tavern, taproom or other entity with a valid on-premise license.
