AMEND House Bill No. 305 by inserting after line 118 the following:
“ (d) Nothing in this chapter is intended to impact or impose any requirement or restriction on employers with respect to terms and conditions of employment including but not limited to accommodation, policies, or discipline. ”.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment is intended to ensure that the Delaware Marijuana Control Act does not impact or impose requirements on employers with respect to terms and conditions of employment including but not limited to accommodation, policies, or discipline.
